Picked up Madden 2010 for PS3 today
However, I must charge my remote before I can play. Only have a six-foot charge cable and it doesn't really reach my couch to where I can sit back and play.

I searched at Game Stop and online, and have only found the six foot variety, although it appears the charge link is nothing more than a certain kind of USB cable. There's a markup for the 'PS3 branded' one, but I think I need to just get a regular mini USB or whatever it's called.Originally posted by Justin7

Graphics were about the same as last year as far as in-play, but the out of play graphics, menus, character models in the cut scenes seem more polished.Originally posted by Poker_Beast
The play of the game was average, IMO. I really, really prefer the PC version, on my 46 inch HDTV it just kind of seems more spread out than I like. On a 24'' PC monitor, with a great graphics card, it feels like all of the action is more visible to you. Sometimes it feels like on the consoles you have to push and pray for a pass completion if you don't see anyone wide open, whereas online with the reduced dimensions of the screen and the different graphical optimization, I just felt more aware when in the pocket.
Other than that, it's a niche game and all, I'd buy it every year even if I wasn't really pleased with it, but I can't imagine I'll play it for anywhere near the amount of times I've played the PC versions, or the old Madden's before the game became so fancy. Hope that helps.
