If he gives away even 2-3 runs and when the pitcher changes the Rays would grab another 2-3 runs and give away 4 runs themselves then it's over 7.5

But I don't see it as a 7-8 run result, it's going to be 10+
Then the line for game 2 will adjust itself to 8.5 which should be the real line here.
