I will admit I don't know computers like others. Capping? Yes. Devil? Yes. My guess is they have a backup program that saves the balances separately for each account. Like I said, I'm not a computer expert. I know some but not much.

I think you're smarter than this. Payouts have been extremely fast with BOL, Sbag and LV before this happened---under an hour every time with BTC. This is a technical, not financial, issue plain and simple IMHO.
