    Who has the edge.....
Pirates @ Cubs.....who do you think has the advantage

-Tom Gorzelanny being a former pitcher of the Pirates and knowing the hitters tendencies.

    or

-Pittsburgh hitters knowing Gorzelanny's approach and having a solid scouting report from the pitching coach.

I'm giving a slight edge to the Pirate hitters in this game and possibly making a move on the 1st 5 innings. Any thoughts?

Cubs are a strange team, they are real hot or cold

I guess I would bet Pitt coming off a bad lose yesterday

The AAA team the Pirates are fielding these days will be no match for Piniella's Mighty Cubbies.

The Pirates are awful, really awful. However, McCutcheon and G. Jones are future All-Stars. The kids can absolutely rake.

Jones ALMOST made this a 4-2 game pirates..... Gorzelanny showed some excellent stuff today, if he gets his head together he can be a good starter again.

I wasn't a fan of the Pirates trading Gorzo at such a low value.

McCutchen is a future star, but Garrett Jones is a fringe starter in the long run. I have seen his career path/abilities compared to Brain Daubauch, and there is nothing wrong with that, but he is far from anything approaching an all star.
