Should they be? They have been loyal SBR supporters and many thanks to them.

Could the problems at WSEX spillover? WSEX has strongly hinted on the open forums they own a large portion of Matchbook. Which was great. But things have changed yet Matchbook remains an A. Both WSEX and Matchbook have been supporters of SBR for a long time. Maybe Matchbook's balance sheet is insulated and they continue to deserve to be an A. I'm not sure. Players should start asking questions.

They seems to be able to keep their banking separate. MB only had one period of slow paying that was significant and that was a year ago.

In a world where I control all the rankings independent of player opinions and the SBR process Matchbook would likely get a A-/B+.

Whatever the case, WSEX needs to working on finding solutions even if that means hiring new people in banking and customer service.
