Adrian Beltre is an idiot
I remember reading a few years ago in the MLB season preview that Adrian Beltre doesn't wear a cup, dating back to his days in the Dominican.
On Wednesday night, he got struck by a hard grounder.
He's going to have surgery for internal bleeding and he's done for the season.
He's a third baseman. If I was a GM and I had the chance to acquire a third baseman who didn't wear a cup, I'd pass.
1)The guy is obviously a moron.
2)He's more likely to suffer an injury.
3)You don't want that associated with your team.
