Guys, this is what I got from Neteller. I was trying ot do a USD Withdrawal to my bank account.
I am not from the States nor living there, and yet they gave me this. In an earlier email, they simply told me it's Upper Management's decision not to process USD Member Wire... I guess like what some of you said, probably to get the money to some books you can trust than to trust Neteller now.
What they are doing to me simply don't make sense. When I received my money, it always show Barclay Bank in London, yet Neteller been advising me not to do USD as it might get blocked my US Treasury
