    moneybookers withdraw question
Hi. I'm new to moneybookers and I recently received $300 into my moneybookers account. My question is how do I withdraw? I don't see a button anywhere on the interface that says withdraw to bank account. I live in the united states (not sure if that makes a difference) . Thanks in advance for any help given.

I just log in and click on the withdraw tab. Then there is a choice. Either the bank account which I have registered, or a cheque. Click, fill in amount, done.

WITHDRAW is located next to UPLOAD FUNDS, to the very right of the page.

You should see the purple options for your account,

SEND MONEY, SHOPPING, SERVICES, MY ACCOUNT, UPLOAD FUNDS, WITHDRAW

Yeah i don't why but the only options on my screen is my account and shopping. I'm a USA customer, do you think this could be the reason?

I thought Moneybookers and Neteller were no longer an option for US residents. I think that could be the reason. Are you able to contact the help desk from your account? I don't think there is a direct email.

it has everything to do with your location , they won't send payouts to the u.s, just send it to a book like greek who will allow you to change your withdrawal option, although they say you have to send back the same method you deposited, i think they are one book that might accomodate
                  good luck

Moneybookers and neteller in usa only for shopping. no for gambling.
