#2Neteller is denying it. As I mentioned in the NT thread, I emptied my NT into a book for now. Seems like the smart move at least until the dust settles.Comment -

#3John -- while speaking to an a rated book a few minutes ago, I learned that a lot of their customers now fear the worst and have begun massive payout requests (I suppose after this most recent news of neteller). I see you said you transfered all of your neteller money to books to be safe, but do you think if they do stop servicing us clients, books will be affected -- either from mass exodus or perhaps from neteller withholding their funds?Comment -

As mentioned Neteller is about 30% for the avg book. So no, even if they delayed payments to merchants(books) I would not expect the solid books to miss a beat. I dont believe that will happen. Unlike BoS this is a company that has everyones money and they will return it on demand.Comment -

Getting rid of the InstaCash for the U.S. suggests that to me. If they close to the US and didn't do that they take on a much higher percentage of fraudulent charges. The InstaCash is just an advance of a normal EFT so I can't think of any other reason for the change. They had a press release scheduled for tomorrow since the 15th which also fuels the rumor.Comment -
