Today marks a significant milestone for the 5Dimes brand.

5Dimes has entered into a settlement agreement with the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania (EDPA) that will allow the Company to apply to enter the legal, regulated U.S. gaming industry under a new corporate structure, free and clear of any restrictions on the use or transfer of its assets and in full compliance with U.S. law.

This settlement agreement is a direct result of Laura Varela’s extraordinary cooperation to resolve the criminal investigation and clear the Company. The cooperation did not include disclosing information or identities of any customers.

To our U.S. customers, thank you for your patience and cooperation. The decision to suspend betting for U.S. customers on September 21, 2020, was a direct result of this settlement agreement with the EDPA. We recognize that the timing was less than ideal, but it was out of our control.

As a reminder, September 25, 2020 was the last day that U.S. customers were able to request payouts using our regular payment methods available in the system. We want to assure all U.S. customers who requested payouts by September 25, 2020, that your payments are being processed and should arrive in the next seven days.

For U.S. customers who did not request their funds by September 25, 2020, your funds will be transferred to Epiq, a U.S.-based claims administrator, who will seek to deliver the funds to the account holder. Epiq will have a dedicated website – www.PlayerRefund.com – and they will post a notice on October 1, 2020.

We look forward to relaunching 5Dimes as a sportsbook and casino in the legal, regulated U.S. market and bringing the same great experience to all our customers.

They updated it today (10/1) to include the $0.26 that I was missing in the amount and now my TraceID is 2007xxxx.

Hopefully they acknowledge that my payout request occurred prior to the 9/25 date.

My original request was before September 25th. Then I won money AFTER the 25th, twice. The money was won on Futures, true winners + some "no-action". I had THEM change the amount of the request. Was told this would NOT hurt me or lose my place in line. "Hurt", meaning 5D will send the money.

My friend submitted his before the 25th, also got the same email.

Therefore, I'm guessing this email does not mean I'm getting 3rd party paid.

On the flip side, the 3rd party might not be bad. Somebody needs to send the dough.

Disagree. They may have paid out 50% of the players, and pocketed the other 50%. Makes them sort of look good. Am I gonna be able to walk to the Defunded, burned down Police Station and get my money?

If they screw over half their customers, they'll get the same negative publicity as they would have if they screwed everyone over. So they will have paid out those millions for zero benefit. It doesn't make sense. Either they want a respectful break or they don't.

Made an account after reading this thread and worrying for a solid week on whether payout would happen. After about 10 days, it was processed.

Requested btc payout on 9/20, called them to do phone verification on 9/23, received email verification on 9/29 (it went to spam) and finally got payout ~24 hours later on 9/30. Lots of calls and live chats in between nearly every day.

Definitely seems like they are paying people - it will just take time.

Made a request on the 19th, but had to cancel and make another one on the 24th as I used the same BTC address. Made a pho e verification on the 30th.

Just got off the phone with customer service, and they said to try and wait 1-2 more days for an email. They also said that they have to try and make all payouts by Wednesday.

9/30 got phone call and email confirmations.

10/2 got payout emails, with btc reaching my addresses a few hours later.

-Chat support said I did not need to do a phone verification. I did online chat multiple times and each rep told me that as I had done a phone verification for a previous withdrawal recently.

-Nothing was updating in terms of the status and I saw newer trace ID's here getting paid, so I called customer service and they did a phone verification with me on 9/29 and said I should see an email in 1-2 days.

-Did not get any email, so I called this morning. The representative said she saw my request there and was going to ask a manager to verify and pay me out, and said she couldn't promise it'd be processed right away, but would be in 1-2 days.

-Minutes after the call I received an email saying my BTC withdrawal has been processed and I received it in my wallet today.



So, I would definitely suggest if you've had a payout request pending since 9/24 or around that time to make sure to call, and see if a representative can try and get it processed immediately for you.

Thanks for the feedback. My request was also on 9/24 and I did phone verification on 9/29 but had not seen a verification email or any other emails. Called after seeing this post and was told they would work on paying it out in the new few hours and I got the payout within an hour.
