Requested payout last Tuesday and just got email now that they are going to charge me 5% fee if I proceed since I haven't completed 1x rollover of my initial deposit. Such bullshit, I deposited money to place football bets this season and then all of a sudden they abandon the U.S. market and tell us to get our money out and oh by the way...we're going to charge you 5% to pull your money out. I'd be fine with it if they gave us a few months notice to place bets but to give us a few weeks notice and expect you to rush bet to complete the 1x rollover...fukk that. Never going back to 5Dimes after this hose job. I went to their live chat to dispute the 5% but they essentially just told me to go play in traffic.

They will pay me after they take their 5% fee which is bullshit. They also want me to make a photocopy of my drivers license and email it to them....like wtf is that for? Why is that even neccessary to get a payout when they have all the other security procedures in place. Next they are going to ask for a fingerprint/DNA sample and have me fill out a 5 page questionnaire on family financial history while they are at it. They probably build a database of U.S. customers drivers licenses so they can sell your info on the black market to people who make fake ID's for identity theft. Sell your drivers license info for money/charge you 5% to withdrawal your money/cancel your futures that are looking good....NO ONE in here should ever think about going back to 5Dimes if they do in fact ever come back to the U.S. market. Same here with the futures. I'm letting my Eastern Conference Finals pick ride, as if there's even a slim chance that they would be graded, I'll take that chance of not getting my wager amount back if they don't.
I requested a BTC payout last Tuesday. Did phone confirmation and have chatted numerous times checking in. Had my payout amount adjusted for another $3,000, and asked a dozen times if I keep my place in the queue, and they said I would. We'll see what happens.Comment -
I finally got paid on Sunday via Bitcoin. It took 5 days and a lot of follow-up. I hope everyone else gets theirs.
Tip: Call in to do phone verification after making your payout request. Don't wait for them to call you!Comment -
Shady dealings at 5Dimes
I put in my payout request last Tuesday around noon. I contacted 5dimes several times during the week, and was given standard cut and paste responses. I finally got a confirmation email yesterday at 5:45 p.m.( I had done the telephone confirmation days earlier.) I responded within 30 minutes and heard nothing for another 15 hours, at which point I contacted them via live chat.
They claim they didn't get my response e-mail, and after an hour of chat BS, they agreed to send it again. They claim they didn't get that email response either, and I must cancel my request, change my e-mail, and start over. My e-mail has never been an issue until now. I expressed my concern that I wouldn't be paid at all. Interestingly, Karin stated in Live chat, that I would be paid even if it wasn't by 5dimes.
I won't see my money at least for another week. My account is around 3X what I deposited. Shady as hell.
It disappoints me that there are folks here that are defending their actions at every turn as well. I'm tempted to post my chat transcript, but don't know if I want to edit all my info out.Comment -

I can only assume that after 10 years of never reneging on any payments via CC or echeck they saw my above post about contacting CC companies and somehow got my email address. I have no idea how this could've happened. I'm done being angry about it hopefully they refund the ************ as per their email and live chat transcript.Comment -

I was planning on using my Skype account to call them so they don't have my cell phone number. The last time they got that was in 2005 and I was spammed for weeks with phone calls and texts.Comment -
