Submitted my payout request last Tuesday 9/8 around 12pm and nothing yet.

Same here. I just spoke to live chat and guy said to call in for phone verification.

So I had to contact them for info to call them. This after almost a week of still waiting on my request.

I understand the current circumstance, but the way they are handling things, it's almost like they want people to flood their CS.

Wires are great if you have a big balance, so go that route (or BTC). For smaller balances, checks are being processed quicker. Do not "fade".

Do you any of you think there's even a chance that they end up letting these futures play out? Would you just ask for the $1,150 refunded, or just take the slim chance that the right thing gets done and they let them ride?

So many people receiving 'refunds' with negative edge are applauding 5Dimes and pocketing stolen money.

I can't believe theres such a dearth of people that would be proactively pushing for what is right. There's so many people here who I thought should be respected, and they have all stayed quiet for the most part. Then there are those that argue about doing the right thing, whether it be in politics or in wagering, and in this case they show that they don't really care or only care about things that have to do with them. Then theres the mods who want to bring ban hammers for saying anything negative about books, pick fights with members, and distort truths constantly.

I'm done posting. I really thought this was a good place full of good people. All bettors I've ever met if nothing else they had integrity.

I was "thinking" the same about almost all SBR's cliente, too, well for the past 4 weeks, at least.
Believing this to be--and I've hinted at it before--a real thick-clique here on SBR.
I was, again, just thinking, I'm not seeing any backup here with members, even though I was screaming bloody murder for 3 weeks, while being seriously concerned about what 5D, seemed to be planning to do to their faithful clientele.

So, now, I am feeling better about our members here, hoping to see members backing each other up, in a more obviously way. Especially, when we see a genuine scare from, probably, the most popular Book on the planet? They were mine, at least. Were.

I had several futures bets on Trump to win the election that were @ -110 when placed and the line had moved to +105 when refunded...I would've had no problem with them calculating it down a little (again not a "huge" difference but still) as even though it would've cost me money it would've made it right for those with futures bets that are + and some instances are VERY +...but they refunded the full amount to save me a little bit but was probably the wrong way to go about it...now I'm not sure "juice" should be charged on a refund for instance if it's -115/+105 I'd call that a -105 fair line on both and calculate from there...same way if its -700/+550 for example that's a fair line of -625/+625 but I have a feeling this came on them so fast they didn't have time to calculate all that out and are just trying to shut down US betting and HOPEFULLY get everyone paid by months end...legit sucks for those w major + futures I completely understand and agree.

Can't get out of my mind Westgate and 5Dimes partnering.
Former wants to go national, latter's customer database & crypto use very useful and complementary, both like offering tons of bets.
Would be a cheap purchase for Westgate- any other method or acquisition \ partnership = much more expensive and time consuming.

I don’t know if anyone has said this yet. Everyone is complaining about their futures being refunded. Also , how they are taking shots about them waiting until a certain date to see if the future is a winner or not. However , they could of just closed up and not paid anyone anything. . Before people say that can’t do that , they sure can and could of. It can happen to any book. There is never 100% safety with these books. The situation is a mess , just be grateful you are getting your initial money back, even though we all know it’s not right how they are handing it.

Have asked everytime about grading all my futures. First it was "Tomorrow", then "couple days", then "a week", then "another week".

I even provided them a complete list.

1) Please grade my Trump/Biden bets, that is easy, and the most of value of my parlays.
2) All my NFL futures should be easy also.
3) Now to the numerous and huge MLB bets. I have Divisions, Divisional Parlays, and of course World Series matchups.

It's been about 8 days.

Now I read that a parlay with ALL winners except Trump/Biden or a "looking damn good MLB Division" winner will be cancelled the entire value of the parlay? That is bullshit.

Will have to wait to see myself when it happens. Yeah, of course they could just keep all my money & plays. They still might.

I think the phone verification is holding things up. I think if you didn't call for a phone verification you should call don't wait for an email because the email you're waiting for is probably going to tell you to call for a phone verification. I did a phone verification yesterday.
I requested last Wed evening so let's see what happens.

I don't know how relevant this is to your situation, but years ago I was a credit union member and they wouldn't accept foreign checks. I'm assuming 5dimes sends their checks out from the Kahnawake reservation in Canada, so they may be afraid customers won't be able to cash their payouts.

They haven't voided your election bets? It's frustrating/strange/worrisome that they don't have a uniform policy. My election futures were cancelled last week and it seemed like other posters had their election bets voided on the same day.

I put in a withdrawal request Saturday night and they told me it would take up to 96 hours and that there was nothing I could do (like calling) to expedite the process. Other posters are saying they were able to call and give info to speed up the process.

There's not much we can do about it, but it is frustrating.

Useless talking to them online about payouts as they now have copy and paste response and won't look at your account. I requested Tuesday bitcoin no email so I'll give them couple of days and then start disputing credit card and echeck transactions.
