I just got off the phone with Verification. Payout was updated in the system on their site.

I called and verified. Said it will be 24-48 hours before I receive the email to verify account # and pin.

Once I get this payout I will have around $600 to play this weekend and will make one last payout.

Common sense tells me if they are being proactive by providing a statement on closing and dates to request a payout then everyone is going to get paid. They know how much money they are holding and, are prepared to pay it out. These are not the actions of a company looking to screw over its customers.

Also, I have not seen this about the futures but, why can't they just let the futures playout and allow the claims administrator pay the winners. Not sure what a claims administrator exactly does though and if they take a percentage etc...

It doesn't matter how much money 5dimes pays, because at the end of the day they manipulated perfect timing to their advantage and are going to come out plenty ahead.

From what I'm understanding about futures, and biggest deposit week, and having to roll over before cashing out; this sounds terrible. Never would have thought 5dimes could be this low.

And how does SBR allow 5dimes to have a place on top of their website?

I called them and was on hold for 10 mins or so,asked for payout amount and pin# and the guy said wait for confirmation email and would probably take up to 96 hrs

I mean they could have stopped offering futures a few months ago but no matter what there was going to be some open liability from futures a year ago. What they should be doing is paying everyone out as a winner unless the future bet has no chance of winning.
