Rake, I don't even know. It's between 5k and 7k up to now. Had budgeted 10 including gambling money.

I got good room rates by shopping aggressively for discounts back in May. Also booked the nicer hotels in the middle of the week, so Bellagio was $129 a night instead of $300+. Most expensive rooms were the apartment in LA at $250 a night and that crappy inn in Cambria at $230... these people have got a nice scam running, same corporation owns all the inns that are stacked right next to each other. Pacifica Hotels, I fart in your general direction.

Buy a used D40 with the 18-55 & 55-200 zooms. If you can't swing both lenses, just get the 18-55. Should cost about $300-350 on eBay and it's a killer combo.

Paid $65 a piece for tickets that turned out to be $33 face value (eBay). 108 "lower box" but 36 rows back. Second seat was used to put my photo gear on (my bro was supposed to be there... tried offering the extra ticket 30 minutes before the game, but everyone I talked to was looking for 2, somewhat obviously)

$17.25 for two crappy dogs and a crappy beer.

That is it. No regrets. lol
