SEC will play but I think Texas schools probably will have to cancel based on trends in big cities there.

Florida will get some serious recruiting points here w Miami and FSU and CFU/ USF likely cancelling. They'll have a recruiting monopoly and the SEC network might get NFL ad rates

BIG10 calls the shots in NCAA it's the best conference with best academics as well. SEC is a 2 sport athletics conference only, there are a dozen sports NCAA is concerned with.

B1G best academics in college football power 5?

That would be the pac 12 with stanford, Berkeley and ucla. 3 of the toughest schools in the country to get into academically. Even USC is tougher to get into than any B1G school save for northwestern and michigan.
