Mauer doesn't even want to catch for Liriano,Morneau is angry with GM because of no changes in player personel at the trade deadline,pitcher Perkins insists he wants to go on DL even though nothing is wrong medically with his arm and Gardenhire feels it's necessary to fire up team by arguing with umps in 2nd inning now where he's tossed out rather than later innings.They have a home stand with KC and Cleveland coming up and they probably will do just so,so with those mediocre opponents instead of sweeping them like they need to.It's the whole rest of the season where they will stink up the joint once they know it's bleak.Lots of fighting in the clubhouse

Will be interesting when Mauer's contract is up after 2010. Boston's Varitek is 37 and the Yankees Jorge Posada will be 38 in 6 days. Will the Twins shell out the $20 million per year contract it will take to sign him? If Mauer doesn't think the Twins will be contenders, I could see him signing with the Red Sox or Yankees after 2010.Comment -

Overblown big time. There the one game when the Twins lost a game to Cleveland where there was some finger pointing, but the Mauer not wanting to catch Liriano doesn't sound right and I haven't heard any on that rumor.
