Sports leagues attempt to fast track delaware decision

The professional leagues and NCAA have asked a federal appeals court to speed up their decision on Delaware allowing sports wagering.

I saw this when I was checking the local news earlier.

No way this will be blocked before the launch date, they are already setting up the sportsbook at Delaware park and September 1st is creeping up real quick.

They will not let up on this.

JJ---I think they HAVE to protest it. They have to at least show other states (New Jersey) who are not grandfathered in like Delaware is---that they will attempt to fight it.
