i guess that since pinnacle is out, the greek figures it can relax its customer service. i LOVE to bet tennis and they have always been great about grading quickly. but, as with most other non-us sports, it seems they are not bothering to grade them in a timely manner anymore. i have over $2000 in tennis wagers waiting to be graded. some matches have been over for over 2 hours. now, i have no funds in my account for the rest of the matches because they are being lazy. this is a major, it isn't some little tourney. i sent 2 emails, neither of which they have replied to. i am not gonna waste the time calling. it seems they figure they can relax now that their major competitor is gone. if this is gonna be a trend, they will not have me much longer

They are pretty slow with tennis, but just put more funds in there if that's the case. I'm not sure what's going on, but I've only gotten one match graded:

If you want to go to a site that grades fast, try 5dimes, I see they graded my Arthurs winner already (WSEX has not, part of my bet/stake on Arthurs is there)
