Will Hill Payout

Hi All
This is just for the records. I have a balance of approx 500euros with Will Hill which I want to withdraw so that I can switch my deposit system from C/C to Moneybookers.
The problem I have is that when I want to clear the account it tells me that I have 117,620 euros to withdraw via Bank Transfer. I have tried to chat live to try and sort this out but I am not able to get a response from their Live Chat.
Sorry if I stuff this up, I am a newbie and this is my first post.

If live chat doesn't respond, email them with all the details - that's a better option IMO. I have switched between debit card and moneybookers a few times at WH without any problems.

It has all been now sorted out with their live chat who were great.
