Can I ask how much you paid for it? I mean if you are paying 100 bucks for a PS3--that might set off an alarm right there.

240 bucks worth of games AND the system for 175 bucks? You didn't question that some? I have been burned..not on craigslist, but it has happened. I paid 80 bucks for an Odyssey putter a few years back....took it home, and the friggin thing was cracked. I paid another 40 to get it re-shafted. I could have purchased it new for 160. Oh well.

I sold someone an LCD TV, and it supposedly stopped working like 5 days later. I told the guy im sorry but wtf, you were watching the TV for almost a week, I have no idea what you did to the TV (drop it, etc.) I never had a problem with it in the past 3 years....Eventually I said I would pay a partial amount of the repair fee. But he nver followed through with it anyways. Im not sure what ended up happeneing. Basically its a very tough situation, really depends what side your on.
