Why Are CFL games Not Shootouts Anymore??

Offense is just down this year in general, and a lot more turnovers. Early in the year we saw some big scores because the turnovers were causing easy touchdowns, but that hasn't been happening as much lately.

CFL is a weird sport to cap totals. Probably over the years, I hit 20% of totals. When all signs say shootout, it seems to be a defensive struggle.
