Stores and markets are open. Everything is closed except the markets and grocery stores. I just know where I am they are open. They were closed for a while but the wet markets are now open again. Where I live in Vietnam there are dog and cat restaurants all over the place along with wet markets. In West China life is slowly getting back to normal. However, I have friends who have children in Beijing and other areas , they won't even let their kids outside to get fresh air for the last 3 months.
