This is good news for the state of Delaware and the east coast. Should bring in extra revenue for the state. Wish this would be legal in all states including online gambling. Don't know why the NFL and NCAA are so against it especially the NCAA. The only reason people watch a shit Tuesday night matchup between Western Michigan and Central Michigan is if they have money on the game.Comment -
