what happens with countries that haven't taken this seriously enough? i'm no expert but i'm thinking russia and UK. mexico? aren't they a risk to create a second wave of CV?

honestly, i feel like everything except absolute essentials should be locked down. no "half measures" (or 3/4 measures)

russia takes everything seriously, they have 0 deaths from coronavirus (and only 63 cases) because they don't have ridiculous open borders like usa and other countries
