I think A rated books have higher limits and more processing tools than most that and they are willing to work with SBR when it comes to player feedback.

i don't know how much sbr gets paid, but because of sbr i have never been in a situation of being ripped off by a book, combine their ratings with sbr players and you have a very solid combination

I don't think limits have anything to do with it. Its all about payouts.
