Why doesn't the USA just make a patriotic call to all of it's 300,000,000 citizens to swarm at the Southern border of Canada,and from there just march North and claim all territories, until you reach Russia !Who's to stop us ?
CANADA only has about 40 or 50 million citizens, and half of them are either Polar Bears or Wolves !
Then we march again from RUSSIA'S Northern border[They only have about 141,000,000 inhabitants]and half of them are deers or rabbits .
We march right through Moscow ,claiming all the gold and silver !
We shoot Putin,then head straight South,until we hit the Black Sea .

With all this new territory ,with all of it's oil reserves,we can now buy
gas for 52 cents a gallon,[just like 1965],and sell it for 8.00 a gallon !
Once again ,the great USA ,dominates the World !
