Maybe so but what I've noticed is that people love to pile on shari no matter what she says. I think most of it is anger from previous events and has little to do with what she has said today.

The main point is that grown men here can't handle a difference of opinion, it gets to them that someone doesn't share the same beliefs regarding a dead ex athlete.

Guys on tilt because of messages on an internet forum. Its WEAK!
What are you talking about "difference of opinion"? This isn't democrat vs. republican. The man and his daughter just died and she tried to pile on him. The same person that gives out infractions and bannings when we offend her did something incredibly offensive to reasonable people, and then proceeded to insult and threaten when people called her out. And if you think a lot of infractions and bans aren't because she finds something personally offensive you're naive. I don't think anyone is on tilt, we're just calling it out.

I have had zero issues with Shari. I'm going to call out right or wrong regardless. It's not about him dying it's about the kids who died also today. I would think Shari (or anyone) would have some respect or sympathy for the kids. We can all agree to disagree but some things are just sacred and these young women dying are one of them

You are the luckiest girl in the world to have someone to actually marry you, you most definitely are right about that Shari no disagreement there. Don’t fuk it up like you did today in this thread, it will end differently.

There must be some major momma's boys or senators sons on the board to understand otherwise.

Kids die every day and its sad, but its part of life so it gets the importance it deserves - which is not much.
Kobes death is not important in the grand scheme of things. Its just another story.

Do you know how many people died around the world today? Plenty, and their deaths are no more or less important than Bryants. The only difference is that people here have seen Kobe on tv many times over the years while everyone else that died were unknown so they attach importance to the death of a celebrity. Meh.

I respect you brother but I'm not going to sit here and have a couple of young females be disrespected by people here for something that happened almost 20 years ago. What he might have or did do is completely wrong as a father of a young woman but today isn't the time or place to bring that situation up.

No absolutely not. I edited my post.

Young girls shouldnt die. None. Kobe's daughter is the only one I'm mourning .

I think Shari was voicing victims of rape.

(Not holding my breath for the same backlash)

Peoples sister are gone. Vanessa's daughter and husband are gone. Famous or not as a parent I feel for people. Rich poor famous or not. There was an autistic child who just died in Suffolk county ny by a scumbag dad and I feel for that child just as I do Kobe's daughter.

It's tragic when kids die, is it more tragic than anyone else? I'm not going to say that.

Is it different for me? It seems so.

It's tough to explain but I've heard it echoed in the media a few times today, some seem to point it out and offer it as the only explanation for why they feel what they feel.

Before pointing to the specific tragedy of the kids, they always start with "As a father..." And let me tell you, that may be the only explanation there is or is needed.

For some reason, as a father, the tragedy of the children just feels a little different. A little special.

It goes for any story of any tragic death of children, not just someone that makes the news.

                              It is what it is.

Makes perfect sense, tragedies are sad for some. I find many things sad myself, but only temporarily because I believe death = relief.
We are all going to end up dead. 50 years from now its likely most here now will be dead, and 50 years is less than the blink of an eye in terms of eternity.

And noone here has posted anything negative about the children that died. I am only referring to Kobe.

Read this story penetrating disgusting and heartbreaking it's a shame so many of these stories go unnoticed everyday. Children are so innocent and I don't want to see anyone meet their maker at such a young age

No, you are just unable to process when someone else has a difference of opinion, so you resort to weak insults and lame attempts at shaming. None of those work on me. Better luck next time.

An uncle that worked at a concentration camp? Even if it was true what the fukck do the actions of others have to do with me? Is that your logic?

Using your logic the parents of Jeffrey Dahmer/Ted Bundy must be horrible humans.

I said well there are geniuses talking about rape online. She said, they must not have children too.

His life was under a microscope. We only have to blame ourselves for caring.

Lack of empathy is a problem in life fellas, it's called being selfish and self centered, it's all about you and only you.. That's not a good quality to have in life.

Still I use to listen to this song below growing up for longest time and think along those lines a bit but not today...

Positivity and belief in life does some how keep you safe in life I believe. It did for me. Believe nothing bad ever happens to you and chances are nothing bad will..
