#2No. What is your agenda? After they send out over 6 figures in payouts, you post their rating should be lowered?Comment -

Just posing a question, relax.
They were at one time rated higher here at SBR, but were lowered. In fact, on what date were they last lowered?
I've read on several forums over the past few weeks of them experiencing payout problems and many potential customers have indicated they will not be playing there for at least a few months until they have more confidence in them.
In fact, there are even concerns over their relationship with Matchbook and whether or not Matchbook is as safe as once thought.

#4I think the rating is fair. If you look at the other B- books I think you would agree that WSEX is no worse than that group.
The C+/B- area is where Bodog bottomed when they were caught looking. WSEX is confident that their turnaround is in progress. As a decade+ elite book I think they deserve the benefit of accepting their word at least at this point.Comment -

#5They should be in the C grade range. No sportsbook should delay payouts for the period of time that WSEX has and deserve a B rating. A "B" rated book or higher shouldn't have any problem getting their payment processors "issues" squared away. Even Sportsbook.com and many other lesser rated books are NOT having the payment delays of WSEX. You can only blame the payment processors for so long!!Comment -

Your analysis makes complete sense.
Over the years WSEX has been one of my favorite outs.
You did mention "turnaround" however, and thus it is probably best to be safe at this time and not recommend posters send funds to WSEX at this time until this "turnaround" has meant all criteria needed to feel safe again with WSEX.
As a B- book, I guess this takes care of that, as there are no less than 20 quality books rated above them for U.S. citizens in the SBR RATINGS.............many at B+ or higher.

#7How many other current B rated Sportsbooks have the same problem paying out as WSEX does now?
At this time I would have to say no to them being B Rated..Will things change? Time will tellComment -

Better safe than sorry.............
Ride the storm out..........my guess is they will be safe in the longterm, but why risk money in a book that even SBRJOHN describes as going through a "turnaround".Comment -

all through the years they have been good, there downfall started their association with matchbook for what ever reasons.
I think they will hold steady through football season.Comment -

#13I think they have had 4 downgrades since Jan. SBR would not recommend any book under B+ and the stats over many years prove the point. Plus, players can set their own criteria but be careful playing into a book that even had two recent downgrades much less 4.
When you see an SBR downgrade you can be sure we know something. But this is a closed lipped industry and good intel takes time. If you see a couple of downgrades close together then you know the facts are coming in and better intel is being had and they are not good.Comment -

#14hard to believe this book could be in this situation.. 6 yrs ago, when you talked about strongest books and safest books, wsex came to mind.. they were king.they were an A+ book.. not even thegreek or pinny was stronger.. today, things have changed.. hard to believe a book with JC's name on it could be doing so bad.. hard to believe a book that has live betting with lines like -9900/+1900 and -4900/+1100 and everyone pounding the favs all the time can not have billions of $$$
i have seen so many teams up 3-1 bot 9 with the closer in and line is -9900/+1900 live betting and i am 100% sure many many squares bet the -9900 and team gives up 3 in the bot 9 to lose..
if you would have told me 5 yrs ago that sbr johnny would be saying dont play at wsex, i woudl ahve thought you were crazy.Comment -
