I'm doing better. That large surgical wound from January 2019 has finally healed. I can get out of bed without help, walk with a walker, and sit in a wheelchair for hours. I hope to be able to travel again next summer. Life is pretty good again for this old man. Hope all is well with you Chucky and maybe we'll really meet someday.

So still worth a buy, even at this price in your opinion?

If you own zero BTC then I would suggest buying a small amount every week but save a big chunk of cash for a 25-30% dip which might be coming soon. I am currently not buying at these prices but I am ready to pull the trigger as soon as I see a large dip. With all this money printing though, the dips might be smaller and smaller.

I laugh at people who tie their money in btc especially those getting in at 10k even if it doubles uve only 2 times, everytime I see a portfolio its heavy btc much better opps to make money

various alts, gotta do research of course. last 3 months with plummet that was the time to scoop up tons of stuff for cheap, still time. during that time u could make cash off of rugs getting out before the pull. dont get me wrong nothing wrong with having btc but getting in at 10k not something I would have done unless I thought it'd go really beserk after awhile which I dont. even somehow if it did 10 times during that time I could have easily found other things that 10 times.

You could have bought at $9300 or less for most of this year up until Jul 20th.

4 months later it is double that.

If someone isn't happy with 100% return in 4 months they cannot be helped.

It means crossing the 20k line will be a battle. And it should be a battle. Past 20k is uncharted waters.

Ah got it. Do agree with you somewhat. If there are any alts you like the last few months definitely seemed like a good time to buy. Not going to knock others for buying that BTC in that time though.

As for the rug pulling and investing in shady projects, good luck. What you're doing is much much higher risk reward. Have seen enough horror stories in crypto forums and telegram groups to only focus on established cryptos. Congrats, if you're the guy profiting off the crypto traders who have no clue what they're doing.

I think it means someone with a large holding thinks there will be strong resistance around 20k

Probably see a corresponding buy order appear at around whatever the previous support level was if it gets filled.

I like Peter Schiff but he is a gold bug. He does a great job explaining the federal reserve and why we shouldn't trust fiat, but he's way off base when it comes to bitcoin.

Thanks, Ace. I like him, too. I listen whenever I can.

I like his economy talk. And he did call the 2008 housing crash.

I'd have two criticisms of him:
1) In his podcasts, he normally says "I don't remember his name..." or something to that effect once per podcast. If u want to sound well-informed, get the detail correct.
2) He has talked about Bitcoin 100x and he still doesn't grasp it. He has done some videos w/ Pampliano (sp?) and they talk about the merits of Gold vs Bitcoin. Pretty good.
