Neteller site is up, but Pinnacle giving this message to players:

NETeller transactions are not currently available due to connectivity problems. Please try your NETeller transaction later.

I guess if you need to get money to them this way are screwed for now.

True BBD, but some of us rely on NT too much maybe. Anyway is back up thankfully.

Neteller was down around the time you posted, though. Wasn't just affecting Pinnacle.

Good to know. I could log into my NT account fine at the time, so just assumed it was working for everyone.

I have nothing against them. Two years ago when they first started operating, I tried to use them but the customer service was pretty poor and the signup and funding process was anything but smooth. I assume has gotten much better.

The biggest thing for me is that I like to be able to move around money quickly if necessary. If all books used Solid Pay I would too, but if say half the books use solid pay and all use Neteller, then unless there is some very compelling reason, is tough for me to put money in the solid pay system. That is just me. And even then, I might considering trying it again in the future just to support some alternative payment options.

Yes they are - it was a temporary problem earlier on in the day. I was unable to deposit by Neteller anywhere. At most places, you try to deposit and it timed out, so you needed to keep trying until it worked.

From lakerfan's post, it seems that Pinnacle must have suspended the Neteller deposit page totally to save getting the timeouts.

SolidPay is still an unproven method with some books taking a wait-and-see approach. The books that we have spoke to that use them keep a limited amount in their account to minimize exposure. I suggest players do the same.

I have nothing against them. Two years ago when they first started operating, I tried to use them but the customer service was pretty poor and the signup and funding process was anything but smooth.
I also got a bad first impression and haven't looked to closely in the past year. Links were broken, CS didnt return emails and the site just looked 2nd rate. I'd like to hear other opinions.

Pinny actually has a lot of payment options because of their international prescence. They are always telling us about some new option...guess I better start listening

That was one of their survey questions. I'm sure they will have more options in the future.

if people start filling out that survey, i'm sure they will at some point have new payment options.

Moneybookers is a great depositing method. It's like neteller with lower fees. I can make instant deposit with internet banking and withdrawals take about 3 working days to appear on my bank account. 0.5cents fee for deposit and 1.8€ fee for withdrawal. No fees for depositing to and withdrawing from other moneybookers accounts. I think it will work for Americans aswell, but probably not with instant deposits by internet bank.

but my limit for moneybookers is very low , probably won't last 3 transfers .

Most top books do now, and any book that doesn't plans to. It's the cheapest and easiest way to get money from the type of players books covet. The books who use love it.

Players have to be careful. Depositing with the eCheck is so easy that the impulse bettors might be surprised at the end of a Sunday to see how much money they sent. I've always thought that Bodog built their business with it. Once Paypal and its Instant Transfers were gone the savviest books went out and called Citadel.
