Anyone else still on a New Years diet?
I'm kind of hating life with this diet. Now I'm waking up in the middle of the night to slam down a slim fast.

I've lost a whole 1.5 lbs in 10 days. Of course sat night at Ruth Chris I think didnt help.

Any other New Year dieters out there??

Slightly off topic but out of curiosity John:

Awhile back (6-8 months maybe?) you joined me in my plan to quit drinking coffee.

      Did you stick with that?

I went another week so about 3 in total. After I hoped off the wagon I now limit myself to 2 cups a day and try to get away with just 1. Thats down from a whole pot or more a day.

The wife's out on the Left Coast on business right now, John, so I'm off my diet for a few days. Bacon sandwich, ice cream and two martini's last night...my kind of diet

Oh, man, I love it. I hope you didnt ruin it with the lettuce and tomato part but kept the mayo. My wife made a resolution for me to lose 25 lbs this year. I have lost 2 lbs since Jan 1 but I keep going into convulsions everytime I pass a Burger King, McDonalds or Hardees. I love grease.

Bacon sandwich......me, you and Homer Simpson could have a grand ol' time, Willie Bee.

I usually hit the gym in the afternoons, but I happen to go on the Monday evening before the CFB championship game and the place had never been so pack. Every cardio machine in use, about half of the weight machines, all the racks and benches. But like ever year by March it will back almost to normal.

I am starting again after putting on 25 lbs in the last 18 months. I was in great shape then but an upper arm injury really got me down. After playing football most of my life and never suffering anything more serious than a couple of broken bones, its ironic that a rec soccer game left me with an injury that may never heal.

Anyway I am starting my diet again and trying to just do cardio stuff for now so I don't bother the arm. Its a pain in the ass and very discouraging. When you weight train, you can still eat a lot of food so the hunger doesn't get you as bad. Now that I can't weight train I have to cut back on my intake and I am feeling hungry constantly.

Geez, you fat fuks. You cost so much for the society, but there advantages too: You die way earlier, and you are no competition when it comes to chicks.

Good luck Hulu! I will be your support fvck or whatever they call them. You can do it!

Slash that was funny stuff but also true!

JJ as of this morning I was 221.3 fully dressed. At 6' tall I'm supposed to weigh like 178. I dont have a clue where they come up with cause I'd look like crap at 178. I'd be happy at 192 but the first goal is 209.

Actually the gayrod waiter talked me into prime rib and it wasn't that good! I told him I will pay for it anyway no problem but please bring me my regular; filet mignon med rare. Now that rocked my world!

I went to the one by the San Antonio airport. (the one downtown is better)

Slash you are dead on man. I always laugh when I hear people going on about how bad smoking is and they are fat. Living a sedentary lifestyle and carrying around extra weight is just as bad if not worse for you.

John, thanks man, I need all the help I can get. Growing a batch of sprouts as we speak...LOL
