Racing has lost so much luster over the last 10 years.
Casino gambling and huge takeouts killed the game.

I agree, JJ. The smaller racing circuits have especially suffered and if it was not for simulcasting and slot machines at those facilities, they would be history now. Here in New England, racing has been pretty dead for the most part. Suffolk Downs has cards only about twice a week now and Rockingham Park in NH switched to being a harness track which is just a sideshow compared to the cash their poker room (for charity - yeah right) brings in now.
Casinos are just all over the place these days and most can give a better gambling and entertainment experience than the racetracks can. Free drinks, big shows, and nice hotel deals are all it takes. Why bother sitting like a degenerate at the track when you can get red carpet treatment elsewhere?

Papa Clem will get it done today...I like Atomic Rain if he goes. Not playing the filly.
Take AlliCanSayIs Wow at Del Mar in the San Diego at ~20-1 and cash in big.
