any waitress that has to look at your ugly face and snaggleteeth trying to eat deserves a tip as well as hazard pay.

What kind of Bull S**t are you trying to pass on. If a Blackjack dealer EVER said "not there" after checking his hole card he would be fired on the spot and probably worse. What kind of dumps do you play in? What casino's still have tables where the dealer must look at his hole card? You are as phony as they come.

Happens all of the time with minimal discipline. Giving player advice is not a fireable offense. Helping them cheat is another story. Telling someone to double down after checking the hole card in mirror is not cheating. Stick to what you know...molesting kids, bologna and mayo sandwiches and being a piece of shit.

When I was getting used to playing nights and being nocturnal as a result, I was pounding iced teas to stay up so I'd order two at a time, and tip one dollar. I didn't think anything of it until one of the waittresses (whom happened to be one of the more unattractive ones there) says to me "what is this, two for a dollar?".

I never ordered from her again and flamed her for it a bit at the table.

Do you think that's on her or me?

on you. minimum for every drink is a dollar water, soda etc. im usually a 5 dollar a drink guy thats why im never empty handed at the tables

Well, i got an odd take on it maybe. Working in a sportsbook this comes up and im on an island too. Im a gambler so i see things from a broad perspective in the sportsbook. Ive shared my feelings about winning. Its almost impossible to beat the numbers. If you toss in tips and food and drinks there is no chance. 53% is long gone that number means nothing at that point. So tipping a ticket writer is a detriment to the goal. But so is the costly drinks and food. I dunno. I do not ask or worry over tips. Like gold says, i get paid to do what i do. Im not speaking for other casino positions.

I had a dealer at O'Sheas miscount his own cards, pay pushes, etc when we are having fun and tipping well. Before the Stardust closed, that was the best. The dealers didn't give a shit.

Not saying which casino but I saw a group of dealers gang up on this guy in the bathroom for not tipping.

Kicked him in the nuts and gave him the old swirlie in the toilet.

It wasn't your typical stingy old man type, it was this pompass rich kid bragging about it.

Then security kicked him out for being all wet/dirty.

Honestly I hated him so it was pretty hilarious.

You really should tip and it's just that simple. Dealers can be cooler than you think. I've had a few tell me multiple things that made me much more money than I was tipping - because I tip well.

I don't tip at the casino cashier, sportsbook, or at the bank. I pay $1 for a comped coffee, don't drink alcohol. Blackjack I show my max bet and leave, so rarely a lot of time. I tip if I win and I have white chips, otherwise usually nothing. Sometimes I'll take out a $1 bill and give that, but I ain't giving them red chips. At restaurants, obviously, always over 20% since I'll usually only eat there if it's comped. Sometimes I like to give a tip to the people who never get tips, like the teenagers at the movie theaters, or the guys cleaning the bathroom. Much rather give them the buck than give an extra toke to a dealer or bar tender.
