He deserved it. Excellent choice. You can now stiff him for 5 months and give him the award at Christmas. But everyday you have to be calling him telling him is going to arrive the next day.

Nope. I conferred with the SBR High Council of Awards and it was a unanimous decision. Tsop was the runaway winner for July.
