I get a radio talk show called Free Talk Live on the local station.It's a libertarian slanted program out of New Hampshire.The hosts on the show have been bringing up the fact that you can receive hard prison time for posting public profiles on social networking websites where you make gang signs.It can even be by accident or just joking around.They said there are a handful of people up on charges.OK,even if you are a scumbag gang member making signs,what law are they breaking?Anyone ever hear of something so ridiculous?The world wide Hells Angels convention is taking place in my neck of the woods this weekend.

It's unconstitutional to ban free speech except in very limited situations. There's no way someone would go to jail for an unintentional communication, and it's doubtful that "displaying gang signs" intentionally could put someone in jail. The ACLU will defend and fight for you for free.
