I’m pretty sure Every winner ever has compiled a large part of their stats vs “garbage” teams., isn’t it pretty much a fact of life the top college teams only play a couple games a year against teams on their level?

We all know who the winner is. If you are not a QB, your chances are very slim. All of the Midwest Big 10 homers will go with Taylor, and he certainly had a great year, but he is boring. Wisconsin is boring. The whole thing is just a show. It means nothing anymore.

that was my first thought too......... and at first, i didn't know who young is.

why not make it so that there are 5 finalists and 1 is a defensive player and 1 is an offensive non-qb?......... and if you need to expand it to six because of close voting, do that.....or if running back is top candidate then cut back to 4 in total... but basically include defensive player and non-qb offensive every year......

oops, salaam at colorado was the fourth-last non-alabama running back to win the heisman.... 2/3/4 = dayne/rickyW/salaam... but a much more recent non-alabama tb won it too

desmond howard or tim brown on the WR........ it says charles woodson was DB/returner....

heisman is simply amazing race........ many (me too) said with tua/hurts/fields/lawrence that there was no room this year for another winner. but burrow will win it by a huge margin even though those 4 all had great seasons (tua hurt obv. for part of year). was burrow even a separate odds entry at start of year, or part of field bet?

I understand your sentiment but I feel this is very participation trophy-ish where we so worried bout hurting ppl feelings we just include everyone. It a lock burrow wins so what difference it make who the otter 3 are? Nobody cares about this award anymore anyways.

I seriously havnt watch one those in 15-20 years at least. Can prob only name 4-5 the last 20 at most. Like literally almost nobody cares. Maybe if you got a future on it, no other reason.
