I'm not as hard on him... he did take them to the playoffs in his first year. I think in Miami, the players really played hard for him and he even overachieved at first. Then there was the game against Denver where the players ran through a wall for him so he could say penetrate you to Elway. I thought at least he'd be a good motivator

Bucs offense is stacked. Any decent qb could pile up numbers. Winston gets numbers but he they rarely make up for his idiotic decisions.

I didn't know that either. Been watching football a long time and never saw that before. It makes sense though. You could fake punt and throw it to draw that penalty every time if that rule wasn't set in place.
