Hokies might be it for Friday honestly., slight lean to Nebraska and looking at Arkansas but I don’t know I can sell myself on taking a team that bad. Thought there was more I liked but it all Saturday.

Certainly wasn’t my greatest bet or anything. I mean after bad start it was one possession the whole game so I thought we did ok getting a fg even tho sure didn’t think it was gonna cash! I’ll prob grade it pretty decently when I look back cause we did beat close by 4-5 points, I think ol piss out gained them by decent margin, they had that other red zone trip that ended in a pick. Seemed weird to me they switched QBs when they did and didn’t bring plumlee back in when they got in red zone either time.

Feel like it was a decent play but def lucked out to cash it. I’ve had better plays lose and worse plays win! Lol. Over time it all balances out, just hopefully not till next year!!

Only problem w the Texas over is early morning after thanksgiving and total high enough a sluggish start would be a problem?? I have the worst time w the early totals anyway now it day after who knows what they did or ate night before?

my best bet for tomorrow is Arkansas (+13) vs. Mizzou...especially if they play that 4th string white boy (Lindsey) #18? who played the 4th quarter in last weeks LSU game and seemed to make good reads and was very accurate... 3 out of 4 for 51 yds and 1 TD and LSU still had their starters on defense playing...he was the biggest reason why they covered the spread...I'm not trying to overreact from one performance in mop up duty but he definitely looked the best of all three Razorback QB's that played.

well that's a big reason too, Bank...Mizzou just playing out the string and those kids gotta be disappointed and crushed with the NCAA's ruling upholding the bowl ban...but aside from all that, I really think this Lindsey kid can play...I wouldn't be surprised one bit if Arkansas pulls off the upset and wins the game outright, let alone cover the spread...PS...my caveat being that he is the one that starts and plays QB most of the game...

Arkansas played hard for interim coach against LSU. I think they should be motivated after Mizzou shut them out last year. I did parlay +12.5 with over 54.5

Central Michigan -11.5

Toledo too one-dimensional and their 3rd string QB Eli Peters has really struggled since taking over for Guadagni. Central Michigan defense is no joke. I think they dominate here and get revenge for last year.

Also took Texas/Texas Tech under 64.5

Texas lot healthier in secondary but their offense has really sputtered down the stretch and Collin Johnson is out

Colorado State +14

I think CSU's defense has held their own last two weeks. If they can limit Air Force rushing attack the way they did (38-21 very misleading scoreline), I think they can match up with Boise too. I'd say Boise and Air Force are about even and CSU was +10.5 against AF. Boise has division wrapped up, don't really need to run it up. CSU should have some success through the air.

Washington State +245

Washington very mediocre team this year. Eason's not been that impressive. At the very least, I think Washington State can match their offensive output. WSU actually has an efficient run game with Borghi and I think Leach finally gives in and goes for more balance here because Washington really struggles stopping the run. Washington can run it too but besides Eason's mediocrity, I think WSU can actually match them in the trenches this year and that's really the key to winning this matchup. Weather is perfect

South Florida +1100

Very speculative but UCF aren't juggernauts this year. This could be Charlie Strong's last stand. Fierce rivalry with players that played against each other in high school and talent gap between them can't be 23 points worth. South Florida has a good running back, Jordan Cronkite, they can try to shorten the game with him and their defense is actually decent. Good in the red zone, good limiting explosive plays and passing success rate allowed is below 40%. I'm not totally sold on Gabriel as a passer. I bet some +23.5 too

Damn. One of Hokies strengths has been their red zone efficiency on both sides of the ball, today 2 trips no tds. While uva qb popping long runs on us so havnt even been in red zone.
