Nobody really thinks the Red Sox championship is "tainted" now, do they?

I mean don't get me wrong, it is YET ANOTHER black eye on baseball, and all of those heroic base hits and home runs do make you shake your head a bit now.

But does anyone really think that any team that has won it all over the last decade or so was completely clean? Or that the teams that the Red Sox beat didn't also have some dopers?

The championships are not tainted but the trophies should have asterisks engraved on them.

So far I have seen 2 threads arguing that the Sox championships are not tainted but none trying to claim that they are.

FWIW I agree with you and Casper. Everyone was playing in the same environment.
