the turnover on downs already occurred on that play. it would have been iowa ball either way. Iowa just would have gone back half the distance if the coach didnt storm the field. the ball was dropped and the hit came in way after the dropped pass.

I realize that I just hate the rule. It's all in the run of play, to me it bails out the offenders. Regardless, fukker should have caught the ball. Minny was too reliant on staring at the sideline looking for the next play, slow as shit, while Iowa looked like they kidnapped some other team's offense, one that actually challenges the defense.
