#38Originally posted by unusialsusp5ok enough. they weren't called grade 1, 2 or 3 back then. it started in 1978 when he was about done. no shame in not having a graded stakes horse. hundreds of trainers haven't had one. he hasn't ever claimed to be a gambler but has knowledge that pertains to it.Comment -

#39Originally posted by grekosThats my whole point,no one can win in the ponies and he should be preaching that rather than how to win.
STR has forgotten more about the horse game than you have ever learned on the internet or listened to on books on tape..
Your showing the entire forum just how purely ignorant you are when you "try" and attack someone of his prestige..
Read and learn before your thought process kicks in..Comment -

#41Originally posted by grekosNot sure why you're brown nosing a tout but i got an idea, how about you put all his or you're winning horses on the forum to see since he's
taught you so much.
Tout?
I have respect for a man that won top trainer at his prospective meet..
That's not a tout, that's a champion..
He has NEVER exhibited any form of tout behavior, only sharing his knowledge and experiences as a top professional horseman..
You truly have set the ignorance bar very high here..
Might want to stop with your BS now before it gets too late..Comment -

#50If i lose i wont post again not that I post much anyway but I know horse racing and he shouldn't be promoting horse wagering methods if he isn't wagering himself.Getting back to you figure out a way to show how much you've learned from str by putting up some coin.Like I said 1k minimum and lets go from there.Comment -

#54Your the epitome of loud mouth idiots..
Calling out others when you've been shown the door after your ignorant comments about people you know nothing about..
The size of my bankroll doesn't affect the integrity of my being a man one way or the other..
You wanna go for it, let's go..
The prize is you leave..
You say you don't post so you have nothing to lose except your dignity..
You wanted me to post plays because you were shown how stupid you are with your posts about STR..
That was your only recourse..
Reminds me of when I was in kindergarten..
"My Dad can beat up your Dad.."
Are you that insecure?Comment -

#58You're not going to beat the races other than by betting big money offshore, using arbitrage programs and getting sizable rebates. If you're going to the track or OTB, approach it as you would craps or roulette; nothing but entertainment while hoping to get lucky. This doesn't apply to the Triple Crown or the Breeders' Cup races; those are beatable but there are only 17 per year and it's a long term game.Comment -

#60Originally posted by littlekonaAgree that's why exotic and multi race wagers are so popular as you can spread a bit and if you hit it's a good win...And yes the big boys get huge rebates ive seen guys get 11% at certain tracks...But I will disagree with statement that only BIG races are beatable....I'd argue it's more the opposite due to so many variables on big races such as different track, shipping in travel and time between races...If you follow a circuit many times you will find cheap claimers in right spot that are near locks
Rather invest in a NW1L @ Mth than the B.C. Classic @ SA...Comment
