    WagerWeb ripped me off!
    DON'T DEPOSIT AT WAGERWEB!!!

SBR, Can you please help me with WagerWeb.

They sent me an offer (spam email) for a 50% bonus. I took them up on the offer and deposited $2,500 and received a $500 bonus and a $750 free play. They wanted a 10X rollover.

So I completed my rollover. I happenned to win a lot of money. My balance was $13,000. I requested a payout and received $2,000.

Then when I requested my second $2,000 payout, they decided under management review to remove $2,038 of my winnings. They processed the second payout, but they removed the $2,038 from my account. This amount is more than the bonuses they gave me.

They did not yet send an explanation why they did this.

This is completely unfair as I have fullfilled my rollover requirement. I feel like I'm being treated this way because I won a lot of money.

    PLEASE HELP!!!

Welcome to SBRforum. We already forwarded your email over to Mgt. We should have info from their side in a bit.

A friend of mine had his limits cut to $250 all around there, after placing ONE bet for 1k that he LOST.

Be careful, this book is either going downhill, or they are really afraid of any big/pro action.

              aaronb,

We have a 1:00 conference call scheduled with members of mgt. We will be getting to the bottom of this complaint and discussing the "rule".

Here's why they confiscated my bonuses and winnings. They sent me an email tell me I'm violating their Bonus Pyramiding rule: http://www.wagerweb.com/promotions/bonus-info.cfm

Which pretty states you can't bet the entire balance of you account ALL the time. A dumb rule if you ask me. But I didn't even break rule. My first bet I placed was the balance of my account, but my second bet was not. That alone means I didn't break the rule, but they still took my money. BEWARE of them!!! DOWNGRADE them!!!

My first bet I placed was $3,000 but my second bet was not. I did not violate their rule if you look at the second bet.

I hope SBR will help me get my money back. But I am not holding my breath. For those you who bet heavy favorites to get trhough a large rollover you should not try that with this book. If you win they'll get you without any warning!

I never had any problems there, always liked them, in fact ! I've never seen this rules page before. Their own example seems to go over their limits, I've never seen them take 4k+ on stuff.

I used to use them extensively until they recently took away the free half-point they had been giving me for years.

I question when that pyramiding rule started ? I've been cut off from bonuses for a long time there, but that was OK.

I still play there, but only a little now, when they used to be a main book for me.

Withdrawal is not a verb ! Atleast they didn't spell it "withdrawl".

                    Referring Non-customers

Referring customers who make one deposit. They then lose or meet rollover requirements, withdrawal their balance and never play again.

Referred players may be required to have up to 21 days of active play before qualifying as a referral.

I never have a problem with them. My limit is still high. I recently withdrawl 4k thru neteller with no problem. I'm still playing with them. I dont think downgrade is necessary

I've been playing there for a couple of years. I have never had any problems with them whatsoever. Their customer srvice has always been excellent. I hope Bill can get this resolved and get the player his money.

We talked at length with WW today and I expect this to be resolved tomorrow. One thing I can say now is funds will not be debited to the current "pyramiding" rule.
