#10For NJ to have gambling, they can not be associated with any unregulated gambling markets.
That includes all of offshore.
New Jersey has pressured several online entities to remove even the hint of online sportsbook advertising or activity.
It's why places like Vegas Insider no longer offer offshore odds, only "Global Odds."
I wonder if SBR has been contacted by New Jersey.
Technically, it's possible SBR could get banned in NJ because they are advertising the unregulated offshore industry.

#13Legalization brings more laws than just UEIGA as it was before legislation was enacted.
It's likely anti-promotion laws are scarier to non licensed books than UIEGA ever was..Comment -

#30NJ flat said they were going after the off shore shops once they legalized sports betting in NJ. Ive read it in several articles, this should be no surprise to anyone. The articles never said what going after meant, but I guess we now know, expect it to happen anywhere its legal in the USA going forward. It will be interesting to see if other states follow this approach with potential football deposits coming up in the next week or two.

#33I truly don't understand this.
All because New Jersey can push it? How? Go after Bookmaker?
If states could go after offshore.... why did they wait til now? They have backing from the Feds?
Absolutely makes zero sense to me.
If you could go after them now....
You could of went after them 10 years ago.Comment -

#35Trump is cracking down on offshore. He does not like foreigners whether they cross the border or gambling from other countries. Trump is America first. Get on board before it's too late. 6 more years of Trump will complete wipe out offshore. Trump does not like to lose.Comment
