I've got nothing to take away from the Patriots. I they make it to the Super Bowl is cause they earned their spot in the game, and I can’t complain about that. Other AFC teams should get better, and try beating the Pats every once and a while.
Will the Patriots be in the Superbowl again?

#72Giants have been a thorn for the 49ers over the years, also in 2012 NFC championship when Kyle Williams fumble the ball twice in the rain. Both teams had great defense that yearComment -

#82to beat Brady. need a good pass rush to dial up the pressure and physical stingy corners that excel in man coverage. and a running game to chew up the clock and keep Brady off field as much as possible.
the Ravens are one of the very few teams i can think of that are built to handle the Pats offense and match up well to them. they have a shot. only downside, young and inexperienced. dont really see any other team. maybe Chargers or Broncos(if they can get it together). Chiefs will have to win in shootout.. and that usually never works against Brady.. dont trust their defense yet. Colts are jeckyl and hyde so they are a wildcard their defense isnt quite proven but could be a force with Darius Leonard.Comment -

For every logical, thoughtful comment, such as yours, the sheer volume of repetitive nonsense is incalculable.
It always comes down to "Luck" or calls going their way. when they win.
It is never "bad" luck or calls when they lose. I get it.
The shitty division is always way overblown and has been proven that when you take the Pats out of the equation, those 3 stumblebumbs are actually above .500 against the rest of the league. Is it the Pats fault they play where they play?
Thank you all for making my morning. Looking forward to a long and enjoyable playoff run.Comment -

#86Obviously as a newbie you haven`t quite grasped the concept of Patriot Hate around these parts.

We (NY Giants fans) had Billy B. for awhile as Tuna's main defensive coach, I appreciate all he's done and can do, he's in a class of very few coaches. I respect that. As mentioned he and Parcells came up with that near perfect plan that helped beat the high octane Bills in SB XXV.
Now the "tuck rule" (Pats v. Oakland AFC division playoff game) enabled the Pats to win that game in 2002 (2001 season) and allowed Vinitieri to kick that FG to seal the deal. Insane almost 20 years later AV is still kicking field goals by the way.
Woodson clearly caused Brady to fumble the ball, and it was clearly recovered by Oakland and the Raiders were robbed.
Don't say sour grapes either I dislike the Raiders more than New England.
Like I said, the Pats are a super team, Brady is a super QB and Bill Belichick is a super coach but you can't tell me a lot of hate stems from such incidents as PEDgate, Spycate, IRgate (illegal use of the Injured Reserve list) Snowplow gate (before Bill's and Brady's time) Tampergate, and HeadsetGate, and others.
Having said all that a lot of shit heaped on the New England Patriots were just that, pure horseshit.
DeflateGate comes to mind, come on now, please. But there are those who will argue that even though DeflateGate may be a crock of crap some of that came down because of the Patriots prior transgressions.
I do, it's 0 and 7, (Rivers Chargers did beat New England once but Brady was hurt and Cassell was the QB) now lets be fair to Rivers as:
1) it's the Chargers v. Patriots not Brady v.Rivers.
2) seven out of those eight NEP victories over the Chargers with Rivers as QB was not due to Rivers but due to porous SD defenses and let's face it those SD teams had pretty much nobody with elite skill sets on offense except Tomlinson and Gates.
3) Rivers kept the Chargers alive in 2007 pretty much playing the whole playoff game on one leg losing 21-12 in Foxboro and lost a 24-21 thriller up there as well in 2006.
If you put Rivers on the Eli Manning NYG teams I believe Rivers would have four rings.
I also believe Rivers is the most underrated QB ever, but I'm biased Phil Simms and Phil Rivers are my two favorite QB's of all time (Montana is way up there too)
Mahomes will never sniff a Super Bowl without a game ticket until KC addresses their piss poor defense deficiencies.
The Chief swiss cheese defense will continue to allow opposing defenses to rack up obscene amounts of yardage.
Mahomes and the offense can't hang 31 burgers or more every week to win games, and the last time I checked KC still plays in the AFC West where they have to play the improved Raiders twice, the improved Broncos twice, and the Chargers twice, the Raiders with Antonio Bell will light up the KC defense, Rivers still has plenty of juice.......
Don't be shocked if the Chiefs go 9 and 7 or 10 and 6 this season, know this and know this well this KC team is not an elite 13 and 3 team.Comment -
