-What if you bet multiple series with a hedging system in place…..
Example You Take: (Best of 3)
San Diego+130 vs Washington
Texas-110 vs Kansas City
Tampa Bay vs Toronto-130
San Francisco vs Colorado-180
-After Game 1 of each series you reevaluate your position and if your team won Game 1 you would leave it as is, if they lose Game 2 you could hedge half or all your bet on Game 3 depending on how much you liked the match up. If they win Game 2 you have cashed.
-If your team lost Game 1 I would bet half of my wager on the other side for Game 2, if they lost Game 2 you would make half your money back, the series would then be over so a bet on Game 3 would not be necessary unless you liked the match up.
-So using the example San Diego is up 1-0, Texas is up 1-0, so I would leave those games alone for tomorrow. Toronto is down 0-1, Colorado is down 0-1, and would hedge half my bet on the Tampa Bay and San Francisco for tomorrow.
Does anyone have another way to approach this or think there is any value with this? Obviously not knowing Sunday's lines on Friday how you get back to even if you needed to hedge is strictly a numbers game.
