betfair/paypal question help

ok i withdrew money from betfair using paypal for the first time today,but when i go into my paypal account there is no money in my balance.

my question is since this is my first time doing this does the money just get sent to my bank details that paypal have got and i should have no availible balance anyway as it has automatically been sent.Or is there just a long delay in the money going into your paypal account.

any help would be much appreciated

The money should go back to the same paypal account you registered (and presumably deposited from ) with Betfair.
There have been technical problems with paypal transactions in the past, but if your Betfair account shows your withdrawal has been sent, give it a day and get in touch with both.
I'm sure this will soon be sorted out satisfactorily for you.
