Is that how it sort of went down?Anyone have the exact details?

So what's he gonna spend on this case? 200K in lawyers, etc. He can't counter sue... I mean, after he defeats this, even if he counter sues and wins... what's she gonna pay him? A % of her $8.55/hr salary as a hostess for the buffet bar? Come on.

I remember a case a while ago brought about by this beyotch in NYC ... totally unfounded, but she set it up against a CEO in such a manner that it was cheaper to simply settle out of court for a couple hundred grand than to go through all the lawyers and etc. So you settle b/c it's cheaper...

From what I read, the civil suit does not allege any intercourse took place. Instead, Big Ben allegedly called the front desk where she worked, claiming his television set was not working, and asked if she could help.

She claims to have went into the room, found nothing wrong with the television, and upon walking out of the room he cornered her, forcefully kissed her as she backed up into the wall. He also allegedly made sexual comments to her, before she ran away crying.

Lady claims no criminal complaint was filed because she felt the hotel would take his side and fire her, and that her manager attempted to dissuade her from that kind of thinking by stating she was "overreacting".
