had 2 parlays tonight both involving st Louis they gave me action the on the ml with the rainout but they didnt give me action in the other parlay on the RL??? is that right that they didnt or is there some kind of rule that im missing?

Yep standard rule, ML plays through 5, RL/Totals are cancelled
