Poor girl was what... 4 or 5 years old? The mother takes her daughter and this little bike with training wheels out to a grassy hill. She sets her daughter at the top of the hill and puts her on top of the bike.
Now, a little information about this 'grassy hill'. If you set a soccer ball at the top of it, the ball will roll down rather quickly and gain speed rapidly. Look out below!!!
Anyways, the 3rd Worlder has her daughter on the bike and then ... and I swear to God honest truth.. the 3rd World mother spreads her arms out like an eagle explaining to her daughter that if she has any trouble that she should spread her arms wide like an eagle or a condor to balance herself!!! LMFAO!!! I burst out laughing and they both looked at me. I turned away until they had stopped looking at me and then stared back at them to watch the fiasco.
The girl starts down the hill and crashes about 6 feet forward. The bike spills over to the right and she topples off. I start to LMAO and then the mother is scolding her daughter in some jibberish language...
I can only imagine the translation of that conversation:
'You crash... not spread arms out like condor... you daddy Shantystar be mad.'
