If I buy the bracket? Whats a fair price someone would charge me? Best Buy said $350 and I thought that was ridiculous..

#3Not real hard. Do it yourself. BBY is 350 but includes the mount, conceal wires etc. Basically find studs, choose heights desired, screw mount into studs, hang the tv on the mount. EZ.Comment -

#4I dont even think I need to conceal the wires, I found a low profile mount for like $125... What do I need a a stud finder and just go into the studs right?Comment -

#8Will they move the outlet?
Thanks for the info by the way... I didnt want to spend the extra money on concealing the wires but now that you point it out it will look pretty stupid if theyre hanging...Comment -

I did this myself recently without a stud finder. Use above the plug in outlet as a point of reference for the first stud, the next stud should commonly be about 16 inches away.Comment -

#13For all that work just pay the $350 and have it done professionally and not have to worry about it. It'll likely look better yet may feel less gratifying.Comment -

#18It cost me $387.15 to be exact. Mine was kind of hard to put up, I think. I have no clue how to do stuff like that. I had to have the guy mess with it for a while. I have it right up above my fire place. It is not in a normal spot it would be for the set up of my place. They charge a lot of money to do stuff like that.המוסד

#25I just installed one in my den and it took me less than 30 minutes. The hardest part is finding the studs. Here's an easy way to find studs. The first one should be easy to find based on where the power outlet and coax cable are. Get a thin nail and try and find both studs your going to use to mount. Cut a small hole where you want to feed the cables, preferably to the coax box below. $350 is a lot for an install. You should be able to find someone to do it for <$100 if you already have the mount.Comment -

#26The studs are spaced at every 16 inches. So when you find the first one using a stud finder then go 16 inches either way to find the next one.Comment -
